FOUR teenagers have been arrested in connection with a robbery in Neath.

Police say three males, two aged 16 and one aged 18, plus a 17-year-old female, were arrested following an appeal yesterday.

The late night incident, in which a mobile phone was allegedly stolen, is said to have taken place on the footbridge linking Neath town centre and Milland Road car park, at around 10.45pm on Sunday.

A spokesman for South Wales Police said the four teenagers are currently in custody at Neath Police Station.
