A THIRD man has been charged in connection with the death of a retired Port Talbot farmer.
Llewelyn Thomas was found dead at his home in Chittering, near Cambridge, more than a year ago.
Mr Thomas, 76, had farmed in the Margam and Cefn Cribbwr areas before moving to Cambridgeshire with his wife 12 years ago on his retirement.
Two men have already appeared in court charged with his murder.
Police have now arrested 66-year-old John Smith, of Wold Gate in Bridlington, North Humberside, and charged him with assisting an offender.
He was due to appear at Cambridge Magistrates Court this morning.
Mr Thomas, 76, was discovered in his home in Ely Road on the morning of Sunday, December 18, 2011. He had last been seen alive the previous evening.
Frankie Parker, 25, of Nene Road, Ely, and Gary Smith, 20, of no fixed address, have both been charged with his murder.
They are next due to appear in court on April 2.
