MAKE the most of this glorious weather this weekend – it may not last.

Temperatures are expected to hit 20C today and tomorrow is also set to be a scorcher, but Monday brings with it a high chance of showers.

Retailers are bracing themselves for sales of barbecues, beers and ice creams to go through the roof.

Many parts of the country will be hotter than Marbella and Cannes, where temperatures are expected to reach 22C and 21C respectively.

Bookmakers have slashed odds on the record for the hottest day in May – currently 32.8C in London in 1944 being broken. Coral give odds for that as 6/1, down from 12/1.

And, the team at Horton RNLI have shown us just how glorious Mumbles looks today.

But charities and groups are warning people to stay safe in the sun.

And Tenovus, the cancer charity, are reminding us not to forget the sun tan lotion!

The weather will turn more unsettled through Monday and Tuesday with showers or longer spells of rain.

But, it should be brighter again by Wednesday.

But for now, the Met Office are warning that pollen is at a medium level but today the UV levels are at 5 - classed as moderate - so slap on that lotion!
