- Remember when buses in this area were red double deckers with "South Wales" emblazoned down their sides? Well, now's your chance to ride on them once more!
Between 10am and 4.30pm on Sunday February 24th, Swansea Bus Museum will be running historic buses and coaches to Limeslade, Caswell Bay and Pennard, as well as to the former N&C coach depot at Briton Ferry. A service linking the bus museum with the the railway station and the Quadrant (Wellington St, adjacent to Tesco) will also operate.
The museum will house a display of buses, coaches and other vehicles, as well as trade stands selling memorabilia. Refreshments will also be on sale.
All services depart from our museum located on the SA1 Business Park (former AWCO factory site) at the eastern end of Langdon Road, off Fabian Way, Port Tennant. SA1 8QY.
Museum admission (to include free rides): Adults £5, Concessions £3, Accompanied children FREE. Ample on-site parking is available.
