WALES have climbed 13 places up to 68th in the latest Fifa world rankings.

Chris Coleman's side beat Austria 2-1 last week in a friendly held at Swansea City's Liberty Stadium.

That was their second win from three matches, following their 2-1 victory over Scotland in October's World Cup qualifier.

England's friendly triumph over Brazil has lifted them two places up to fourth, Ireland are up a couple to 39th, Scotland have risen five spots to 64th and Northern Ireland have dropped down to 102nd.

World champions Spain lead an unchanged top three ahead of Germany and Argentina, while Brazil stay in their lowest ever position of 18th.
