TOTTENHAM have been linked with a move for French international Loic Remy, but Harry Redknapp remains hopeful that the striker will stay at QPR.

Burnley manager Sean Dyche has been linked with a move for Watford’s Lewis McGugan.

Arsene Wenger has said he did have the option to bring Cesc Fabregas back to Arsenal this summer, but he insists he doesn’t regret not re-signing his former captain, who eventually moved to Chelsea. “I have no regrets about Cesc. My regret is that he left us,” said Wenger.

Monaco and PSG are keen on signing Chelsea keeper Petr Cech on loan for a season.

Louis van Gaal may be wary about signing Real Madrid midfielder Angel di Maria as he does not want to jeopardise the development of 19-year-old Adnan Janujaz.
