I can't understand for the life of me, why this isn't placed by the recreation ground, as alike the summer fair as other attractions. The money it costs to repair the parkway when Winter land is packed up, must be quite a waste, also the crossing the main road into our City is hectic, as revelers take chances. Obviously a yuppy thing I suspect.
