FORMER Swansea City striker Luke Moore is looking for a return to English football after it emerged he is available on a free transfer.

Moore signed a three-year deal with Elazigspor last summer, but is tipped to move on this month because the Turkish club are struggling financially.

And the 27-year-old's agent, Peter Morrison, has indicated that Moore is ready to come home.

"The club have informed us that they are going to struggle to meet their financial obligations which is disappointing but also enables him to leave without any compensation," he said.

According to Sky Sports, West Ham, Fulham, Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest and Leeds are all interested in Moore.

"Given he has played over 200 league games in the top flight and is still only 27, I'm not surprised (by the interest)," Morrison added.

    Are you sure MLl didn't agree in the signing of Ki? There is so many good reasons to sign him, first of all he's a great footballer. As I see it ML wants to have this small squad, with everybody taking responsibility and everybody feeling needed. Not slaves. Ki wanted more gametime than he could get, to keep these balances, and so ML cleverly accepted his wish and helped him come to Sunderland, wich probably will make him even better. Lets hope Ki will come back after this season, but force him to wouldn't be wise.

    Harsh on Canas IMHO I wasn't impressed with him initially but I reckon he's done fine last couple of months. He covers lots of ground, makes blocks and tackles and rarely gives the ball away, also his reading of the game has improved (IMO) I agree regarding ML's stubbornness though as I said on another article lucky Fergie (For Man U) didn't take the same stance regarding Rooney ...

    ML is like a lot of football managers ,, they dont like players who they did not sign, and would prefer the players that they have brought in ,,, ML will not bring KI back as he was not his choice purchase . but will play other players like canas and vazquez who are to put it mildly ****

    In two months time you will be singing a more cheerful song, I hope. Westham, Fulham, Nottingham will fit moore better. They will do each other good. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad for you guys either ? (;

    Laudrup preferring Shecter ahead of Moore and Graham last season was laughable. Dumping Moore and replacing him with Hapless Vasquez just as bad.
