NEIL Taylor is poised to make his comeback from injury when Swansea City Under-21s take on Queens Park Rangers tonight.
Welsh international Taylor has not played since suffering a broken and dislocated ankle on September 1 first last year.
But having made an impressive recovery, the left-back is set to feature at Loftus Road this evening.
"Neil will play 45 minutes," said Swansea boss Michael Laudrup.
"He has been looking good in training, and it will be great for him to play in a game. Of course he will need to build up his match fitness, but you can only get that by playing.
"There is the psychological side to think about as well when you have been out for so long, but it's good to have him back."
Former Wrexham player Taylor has thrived at Swansea since joining the club in 2010. The 24-year-old was a regular in the Premier League before injury struck and was rewarded for his performances with a new three-and-a-half year deal in Decemeber.
