ASHLEY Williams's representatives have suggested he could be interested in a move to Napoli if the Italian giants firmed up their reported interest in the Swansea City captain.

Napoli have been touted as potential suitors for Williams since their Europa League tie with Swansea in February.

And Peter Smith, who works for the company who represent Williams, has indicated that the 29-year-old would be willing to talk to Rafael Benitez if the opportunity arises.

"There has been talk of meetings with the club or with Rafa Benitez, but there's no truth in that at the moment," Smith said.

"Clearly we are talking about a great club with an international level manager, so we are ready to talk to Napoli if a call were to come.

"However, until the possibility becomes concrete, there's no point talking about it."

Williams will have only a year to run on his Swansea contract when this season comes to an end.

Garry Monk has urged Swansea's owners to hand him a new contract which will tie him to the Liberty for the rest of his career.

Crojack I don't think he's a 1 season wonder and I hope we keep him but other do which is probably why there were no offers @ the end of last season

Yankytaff, Michu scored 15 goals in Spanish league in season 2011/2012, and 18 Premier League goals in 2012/2013. He is not a one season wonder. Top clubs who are following him know averything about his injury. He is still worth £15 m.

On the other hand maybe we could just wait and see what happens

Unless Michu hits his form of the beginning of last season in the remaining games I don't think there'll be a lot of interest in him he's still viewed as a 1 season wonder by a lot of people and his injuries haven't given him the chance to prove doubters wrong, as for ML hijacking Chico that'll depend on where ML is, I think Routledge will weigh up any move carefully as he won't want life on the bench, Taylor will probably go, the loaned 4 will be no great loss neither will Tiendalli, JDG hopefully we'll keep, Bony pray to God we keep and the club will refuse offers for at least an other season

Hadoken, Italian newspapers describe Napoli fans as apolitical. Right-wing clubs in Italy are: Lazio, Roma, Palermo, Hellas Verona, Juventus, Inter and Udinese.

I wouldn't blame him if he leaves. He is 29 and this transfer window is maybe his last chance to land a big contract. Michu is in the similar situation. The list of players who could possibly leave the Liberty in the summer is long. Taylor is one of them. He is definitely not happy sitting on the bench. I thought Garry would give him more time on the pitch, but Taylor is obviously a second choice. This is a pity because Taylor is more mature and more experienced player than Davies. I am sure Bony is a target for some big clubs but they are probably going to wait for another season just to see if Bony can repeat his scoring rate and his remarkable form from this season. If he scores a couple of goals more in the Premier League and in the World Cup for Ivory Coast then the top clubs will come with an offer we can't refuse. I wouldn't be surprised if there are offers for Routledge in the summer. He has been in a great form for the second season now. Chico could be hijacked by Laudrup, and DeGuzman's situation is unclear. Pozuelo doesn't play under Monk and he is probably not happy. Vasquez, Lamah, Emnes and N'Gog are here on loan and they all will probably leave in the summer.

I think we should try and sign Stephen Caulker regardless of Williams staying or going.

Why would anyone want to go to a right wing thug club like that? I do rate Benitez though and would LOVE see him at the liberty.

Think it is an agents interest to see their players transferred because they get a percentage of the fee.
