SWANSEA City are believed to be closing in on a deal for Heart of Midlothian youngster Adam King.
Swansea are thought to have seen a five-figure offer for the 18-year-old midfielder last summer.
But they are now back in for the Scotland Under-19 international, and could pay cash-strapped Hearts as much as £200,000 to bring him to Wales.
It may be that Swansea sign King this month but then loan him back to the Edinburgh club until the end of the season.
King, who is known for his composure on the ball but also has physical presence, is regarded as a rising star north of the border.
Yet he has precious little experience of senior football, having played on only three occasions for the Hearts first team.
