THERE is fresh speculation today that Swansea City are preparing a £5million bid for West Ham’s Ravel Morrison.
We reported last month how Swansea City had been touted as potential suitors for the attacker.
Now there are reports that interest could be hotting up.
Morrison has been out on loan at QPR after falling out of favour with West Ham manager Sam Allardyce.
He has shone there, helping QPR win promotion to the Premier League this season through the Championship play-offs.
It means QPR could also be in the hunt to secure his services for their 2014/15 season in the top flight.
But it is thought Morrison would fit the bill for Swansea's decision-makers given that he is an emerging talent who has something to prove in the Premier League.
But Sir Alex Ferguson struggled to control the player when he was at Old Trafford, and with Allardyce also having issues with him, Garry Monk would be brave to take him on.
