Police are concerned for a man with links to the Swansea and Carmarthenshire areas who absconded from a psychiatric hospital.
George Fox, 37, was reported missing on Thursday from Aderyn in Goytre, a rehabilitation hospital linked to Llanarth Court, near Abergavenny.
Dyfed Powys Police has launched an appeal for help to find Mr Fox.
A spokesperson said: "George is not considered to be a risk to the public.
"However his behaviour may become erratic the longer he is out of a controlled environment.
"He has links with the Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, and Swansea areas.
"Anyone who sees George is advised not to approach him but to notify police immediately on 101."
He is white, 6ft 2in, of slight build, with short black/grey hair, brown eyes, and a fair complexion.
Mr Fox has many tattoos on his arms and neck, with the name Kayleigh on his neck.
He has a Welsh accent and was last known to be wearing a black top, black/grey jeans, and jewellery around his neck.
