PENNARD: An application to replace the pavilion on Pennard playing field has been submitted to Swansea Council.

PORT TENNANT: Plans to develop Port Tennant Surgery from a doctor's practice to two one-bedroom flats will be considered by the local authority.

WAUNARLWYDD: Outline permission is being sought to develop land at the rear of 56 Bryn Road into a detached dwelling.

BONYMAEN: An application to build a detached dwelling on land adjoining 35 Mansel Road has been refused.

YNYSFORGAN: Plans to build a two-storey rear extension at 9 Plas Gwernfadog Drive have been rejected by Swansea Council.

SWANSEA: A proposal to construct a detached garage/store/workshop at 11 Woodlands Terrace has been given the go-ahead, with conditions.

FFORESTFACH: An application to change Unit 1 at 908 Carmarthen Road from retail use to a hot food takeaway, with associated works, has been turned down.
