ONLOOKERS were left baffled at the scene of this accident in a Llanelli street yesterday afternoon.
Police were called to the New Dock Road area of the town at 1.30pm, where one car mounted the front of another vehicle parked in the street.
Adrian Thomas, owner of the parked car, told the Post that he discovered the damage only when officers knocked on his door.
"When they told me, I thought, well that's nice isn't it," said the 40-year-old.
"I've only had the car for about a week, so I was a little bit cheesed off."
He said it was the first time he'd been aware of such an accident on the street, adding: "We get the odd mirror coming off now and again, but this is the first time something like this has happened.
"Nobody was injured though, thankfully."
He said he was unsure how much repairs would cost, but there was "quite a bit" of damage.
Dyfed-Powys Police officers attended the scene to assist in the recovery of the vehicle, and manage traffic.
