WALES Air Ambulance successfully launched the opening of its new warehouse in Swansea this week.
The official opening of the new warehouse on Cwmdu Industrial Estate, Swansea, was carried out by international rugby referee, Nigel Owens.
Swansea-based air paramedic, Jason Hughes, was also there on the day to cut the ribbon.
The helicopter charity will use the warehouse to organise and distribute donated items to Air Ambulance shops across Wales and is set to specialise in furniture stock.
The shop front of the warehouse will also be used for people to visit the site and to pick up some of its goods.
Mark Stevens, fundraising manager for Air Ambulance, said: "The opening was a great success.
"Nigel Owens did the honour of cutting the ribbon and officially opening our new warehouse and shop front.
"We'd like to thank our volunteers for donating whatever time they could to getting the new venture ready," he added.
