IN yesterday's Evening Post in an article about today's Mumbles Community Council election we referred to Judith Twining, of Croftfield Crescent, as a Green Party candidate. She is in fact an Independent and we are happy to correct this error.

The are four other candidates contesting two vacant seats following the resignation of Miles Thomas and retirement of Val Bevan.

They are Arwen Banning (Labour), of Coltshill Drive, Mary Colburn (Conservative), of St Peter's Road, Giro Correia (Green Party), of Plunch Lane, and Anna Pigott (Green Party), of The Grove.

Polling takes place today at Newton Village Hall and Paraclete Congregational Church. Both stations are open until 10pm.
