Thousands of Swansea City fans will line the streets of the city centre today to celebrate with the team who thumped Bradford City 5-0 at Wembley on Sunday.

We'll be bringing you the latest updates and pictures below.

The parade will kick off at 4.30pm from outside the Dragon Hotel on The Kingsway.

It will then head towards West Way before moving slowly along St Helen's Road, before arriving at the Guildhall where a civic reception will be held.

Joining in the celebrations today will be Only Women Aloud and the Phoenix Choir who will be performing on the steps of Brunswick Methodist Church, St Helen's Road to welcome the team home.

They will be performing their song Liberty Forever, which was written by Edward Rhys-Harry to mark the club's centenary year.

Swansea Council say there will be road closures along the route on a rolling basis so roads can be re-opened as soon as the procession has passed to minimise inconvenience to residents and traffic.

A First Cymru spokesperson said there are likely to be delays or disruption to bus services in Swansea from 4.30pm into the early evening.

Will you be cheering the bus along the route today? Let us know your plans by commenting below and join us from 4pm where we'll be bringing you the latest updates and pictures from the parade.

by richie2803...but you still took the time to go on the report and comment. You obviously just love the sound of your own voice/comments. If it bores you, and not everyone likes football or even sport, then ignore it and it will do you or anyone else no harm.
