Langland planning appeal rejected

AN appeal against a decision by Swansea Council to refuse a planning application has been rejected by Welsh Government inspectors.

The development proposed the retention of an amended side extension to 135 Higher Lane in Langland, which had not been completed in accordance with its original plans. Inspectors concluded it harmed the living conditions of a neighbouring property.

    Why do people think they can ride roughshod over the planning laws, builder know better and so should anyone applying for planning permission, make these persons pay costs or totally remove the structure.
