MOTHER’S Day is fast approaching...but what to do?

Here’s a few ideas for days out with your mum on March 30.

1. Take her shopping

2. Go for a stroll along Oxwich Bay

Parking is easy and there’s easy access to the beach

3. National Botanic Gardens of Wales

Mums just love flowers, and there’s plenty to see here and it’s free for mums on March 30. There will be a craft and food fair in the Great Glasshouse, music from harpist Shelley Fairplay, and Tywi Valley Vintage Club hold their annual ‘crank-up’

4. Eat out

South west Wales boasts some brilliant pubs and restaurants, many serving wholesome Sunday lunches and special Mother’s Day menus.

5. Pay for her to have a pamper

Mums also deserve some peace and quiet on March 30, so take advantage of some of the many spa and relaxation facilities in our area.
