Morgan GRP Group has launched its second annual graduate recruitment drive to accommodate the continued growth of its business.

The company, which owns Llandybie-based security enclosure specialist Morgan Marine and Swansea-based Envico Engineering, said its latest graduate recruitment intake is needed to cover its increased presence in the UK and global markets.

The group, recently named in the Sunday Times Profit Track 100, is hiring graduates into marketing and engineering teams.

Martyn Ingram, managing director at Morgan GRP, said: "Morgan GRP Group has a very strong culture of nurturing talent.

"Many members of our team have progressed through the business, with several of our senior management team — including myself — having started out as apprentices.

"The Morgan GRP culture is very much to help our employees to grow within our business, with personal development and hands-on experience being the backbone of our employees, and therefore the company's success."
