Action on Hearing Loss Cymru (formally RNID Cymru) are delighted to announce the launch of a new Hear to Meet in Morriston this Wednesday 17th October. Thanks to funding from the Big Lottery, the new Hear to Meet project that establishes social get-togethers for older adults with a hearing loss, is developing rapidly across Wales with Morriston the latest area to benefit.

Hear to Meet is a free and friendly social get-together for older adults who have experience of hearing loss. If you wear hearing aids, identify as hard of hearing or deaf, then come along to meet new people, share experiences, learn new skills and access information on living with a hearing loss.

Hear to Meet Morriston will launch on Wednesday 17th October at Centrepoint, opposite the Libanus Church on Market Street, Morriston. The Metro 'bendy bus' stops nearby and there is parking around the venue for those with access to a car. The group will meet from 2.30-4pm and there will be refreshments too! If you have experience of hearing loss, come along to Hear to Meet - there is no committment and everyone is welcome!
