THE future of Danny Graham remains up in the air tonight after reports claiming the Swansea City striker has asked to leave the Liberty.

Michael Laudrup indicated earlier today that the striker had mot stated his desire to quit Swansea before Thursday's transfer deadline.

But amid continuing interest from Sunderland — who Swansea play tomorrow night — reports emerged within hours of Laudrup's press conference suggesting Graham has told Swansea he wants to leave for "personal reasons".

If true I wish danny the best of luck, I know exactly what his personal reasons are, he is not getting game time, and I would encourage him to leave if it means he will get to play closer to home. Danny will never be forgotten down here and if you can do that as player, its the true marker to how good you are as a player and personality. Its been unfortunate for him that Michu joined, who has taken the PL by storm in the first 6 months, this has made life hard for danny and would have for 99.9% of players in his position, but Danny deserves better than this and as long as he has a good team lined up, I wish him the best of luck. I dont blame anyone, its just how it is. He is too good for QPR and READING, Sunderland or Newcastle would be good for him. If its any consolation I would not swap graham for Jones. Whether he stays or goes, I will be happy for him and give him my support, saw him loads of times in training and in games, the guy has a good attitude and is well thought of.
