POLICE searching for missing schoolgirl April Jones have vowed to keep looking until they have exhausted all lines of inquiry.
The five-year-old went missing from her home in Machynlleth on October 1.
Parents Coral and Paul Jones said yesterday: "We understand that Christmas will be a particularly difficult time without April being among us but as parents of Harley and Jazmin we will obviously acknowledge the festive season as best as we can. "We sincerely hope that families around the world will enjoy a peaceful and loving Christmas."
A spokesman for Dyfed-Powys Police said the search operation would scale down over Christmas but work continued at a pace to make sure they were doing all they could to find April and investigate her disappearance.
