THE Capital One Cup was the centre of attention as it paid a flying visit to the Evening Post offices.

Former Wales star and huge Swans fan John Hartson stopped off with the trophy ahead of the final against Bradford City on Sunday.

The former centre-forward said: "They have been excellent and done really well to reach the final. They will start as favourites but I like what they have been saying this week, saying they don't like the favourite's tag. It's important they take Bradford seriously and I think they will."

John added that he will be among the travelling Jack Army on Sunday: "I am not working, I am going to enjoy the game as a fan with my son and family."
