There will be heavy snowfalls after 3am on Friday which will continue for most of the morning and snowfall will be at its heaviest between 6am and 9pm. The snow is expected to ease off after 9pm but may continue on high ground.
It is then predicted that snow showers may continue from 3pm onwards but will be light and patchy.
