FESTIVE spirit came to Llanelli at the weekend.

A music event was held at Parc Howard on Sunday.

It was organised by the Friends of Llanelli Museum to raise funds for the group, and as part of the town's Christmas celebrations.

The carol concert also featured mulled wine and mince pies for the guests.

Those attending also had the chance to enjoy a raffle.

Margaret Morgan lead the choristers at the Carols in the Park event in the mansion and grounds of Parc Howard which were gifted to the town of Llanelli in January 1912.

The event featured renditions of Christmas classics such as Jingle Bells.
